Refund Policy

• Engagement — the services described in an accepted quotation or order confirmation.
• Review Report — the written report of Korean reviewer responses to your materials.
• Rewrite — revised Korean copy supplied as part of an Engagement.
• Delivery — the date on which a Review Report or Rewrite is sent to the email address on the Engagement.

An Engagement may be cancelled without charge at any time before reviewers have been briefed. Fees already paid are refunded in full. Notice of cancellation must be sent to contact@launchinkorea.com.

Fees for a Review Report are non-refundable from Delivery, as the report constitutes the deliverable for that stage.

Where a review identifies no findings requiring change, no fee is charged for that Engagement. If payment has already been made, it is refunded in full.

Samples of prior work are available on request before an Engagement is confirmed.

Fees for a Rewrite are non-refundable from Delivery. Where an Engagement is cancelled before a Rewrite has been delivered, fees attributable to that component are refunded in full.

Each Rewrite includes two rounds of revision at no additional charge, provided revisions are requested within 14 days of Delivery.

A revision round consists of one consolidated set of comments submitted together. Comments submitted separately over time may be treated as additional rounds.

The following are included within a revision round:

• Alignment of tone with a documented brand voice.
• Correction of terminology for your product or category.
• Adjustment to length or character limits specified at the outset.
• Correction of statements that are inaccurate as to product functionality.

The following fall outside revisions and are quoted separately:

• Assets, sections or screens not included in the original scope.
• Changes to positioning, target audience or brand direction made after Delivery.
• Revisions arising from changes to your product, pricing or feature set.
• Additional languages or markets.

Where a request falls outside the included revision rounds, we will provide a quotation before commencing the work.

Where a Review Report and Rewrite are purchased together, components not yet delivered are refunded in full on cancellation. Components already delivered are subject to sections 03 and 04.

Retainer engagements may be terminated on 30 days’ written notice. Fees for a month already commenced are not refundable in part. Unused capacity does not carry forward, as capacity is reserved in advance.

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

• Commercial outcomes not being achieved. No outcome is warranted under our Terms of Service.
• Disagreement with reviewer opinions. Reviewer responses are reported as given.
• Changes made by you after Delivery, including repositioning, redesign or cancellation of a launch.

Refund requests should be sent to contact@launchinkorea.com with the relevant invoice number. We will respond within three business days. Approved refunds are issued within ten business days by the original payment method. Fees charged by intermediary banks are deducted from the amount refunded.
